PRESCOTTS: STUFFED PORK CHOP

The stuffed pork chop at Prescotts is made of the tenderest pork and is stuffed with mache, a delicate green leafy lettuce. Fontina cheese, garlic, salt and pepper are additional ingredients, but the true magic is in the demiglasse, which is cooked for 24 hours. The winning chop comes with a choice of steamed vegetable and garlic pureed potatoes, pasta, or rice.
