From the Blackened Chicken Salad (grilled chicken with cajun seasonings) to the Carpaccio di Manzo (paper-thin cured beef with capers), Victoria's 16 salads cover the gamut of greens and toppings. We're one of those people standing in line at noon at Victoria's Express (open lunchtime in the downtown skyway system next to Home Federal Savings Bank) on a regular basis.
