Nick-N-Willy's relies on gourmet touches like their small batch' dough, which is made fresh daily and uses 100 percent pure olive oil. The Colorado-based company (with 70-plus outlets in 14 states) boasts that all of the ingredients (like mandarin oranges, pineapple marinated artichoke hearts or sun-dried tomatoes) are fresh, never frozen. And it shows.
