Man has been trying to perfect that magical blend of tequila, triple sec and citrus ever since that first margarita was served (somewhere in Mexico during the 1930s, according to legend, to appease a showgirl allergic to all forms of alcohol except tequila). Fiesta Café is close to perfection. The secret? "The ice mixes with the tequila and lime juice and orange juice so it's smooth in taste and refreshing," according to owner Jorge Solis. But that's all he'd tell us.
