Owner Randy Lehman insists that potential new hires don't have to pass a friendliness test before getting a job offer. So what makes the 120 workers employed between the original and the new Whistle Binkies locations so pleasant? "Everybody is encouraged to have a good time here," says Lehman. "And if our staff is having a good time, so is our customer."
