Buffalo Bill Days (Lanesboro, MN)
In 1900, Buffalo Bill brought his Wild West Show to Lanesboro, and residents paid 50 cents to see “previously unseen feats from the Wild West” performed by “six Indians, the hero Colonel W. F. Cody” and a pair referred to as “White Beaver and Mr. Man.” A century later, the city still celebrates this visit with city-wide activities that include a flea market, art exhibits, food, live music, parade, softball and volleyball tournaments.

In the middle of August each year, 400 vendors and 1,200 antique and collectible booths turn downtown Oronoco, Minnesota into a gigantic outdoor market filled with fun, color and the excitement of discovery around every corner!
